For the first time in the history of Torre Bianca we have produced a rosé wine.
NINA is a wine made from Sangiovese grapes harvested slightly unripe, in a year like 2024 that allowed us to have a lot of grapes available we decided to do a small early harvest to allow the grapes to continue with maturation and thus make a bit of rosé wine, an experiment for us, which led us to experiment with new and fun winemaking.
The result is a fresh, light wine, with pleasant floral and red fruit notes, slightly and pleasantly astringent in the mouth. The perfect wine for a summer aperitif!
NINA is dedicated to the birth of the daughter of our Camilla, who has been helping us in the management of the point of sale, packaging and tours for 4 years now; a special wine for an even more special occasion.
The NINA label was created by Lorenzo Borghi, our trusted graphic designer, and we are in love with it.
