THE OIL MILL:
The opening of the oil mill in 2005 has marked a definitive shift towards product excellence, thanks to a sperimental and innovative oil mill and to the production of monocultivar oils.
The olive harvest is at the optimum moment of ripeness, pressing takes place in the shortest possible time and under controlled conditions, the extraction is carried out under vacuum, low-impact oxidative, with excellent results, recognized with awards and accolades on the most important events dedicated.
The oil is then stored in stainless steel tanks under inert gas, in temperature-controlled environment.
